Treat Mum: Free late checkout for bookings made this Mother's Day weekend!
As much as we are ready to welcome spring with open arms, we believe it is very unfair that the clocks spring forward on Mother's Day, giving well-deserved Mums one hour less in bed.
So, to commemorate Mother's Day weekend and give those last-minute shoppers an opportunity to get Mum something special, we are offering any bookings made with us direct between Friday 28th March and Sunday 30th March the opportunity to add our late checkout extra to their booking free of charge at The Swan at Lavenham, The Brudenell, The Crown and The White Lion.
So, while she might miss out on one more hour in bed this weekend, our free late checkout extra will provide her with atleast an hour and a half more to sleep, relax and take in being away from it all when she stays at one of our participating hotels.
For those savvy shoppers amongst you, this offer is indeed open to anyone this weekend, however you can thank the Mums getting one less our in bed for this opportunity.
To note, the stay does not have to be taken this weekend, as long as the stay is booked this weekend for a future date, subject to availability, your booking will qualify.
How to book
This offer is available by calling our reservations team on 01728 564207 and quoting 'Mothers Day Late Checkout Offer' or by booking direct online.
To take us up on our late checkout offer online, you will need to:
- book direct with us through our hotel websites - links to the relevant hotel can be found below. Any third-party bookings will not qualify for this offer
- make and complete a new booking for a future date during Friday 28th March and Sunday 30th March direct through the hotel's websites
- add the late checkout to your booking during the booking process (while it will show a price, when adding this to your booking, this will not be taken on completing the booking)
If the option for late checkout is not available, this is because it is not available for your chosen date, should you wish to take us up on this offer, a new date will need to be selected. We cannot add this on at a later date as the number of requests for late checkout has reached the hotel's capacity.
What will happen next:
- to confirm that you have successfully received our late checkout offer, you will receive an email from our reservations team making reference to the offer and that the charge has been removed from your booking. We will aim to have all emails out to guests by Monday 31st March
