Chef Development Programme

The Hotel Folk, Suffolk

Our dedicated training team are so pleased to welcome you to The Hotel Folk's Chef Development Programme.

If you're passionate about food and developing your career in the kitchen, no matter what level, this is the programme for you.

The Programme

Whilst working in partnership with HIT, you can gain a nationally recognised and accredited apprenticeship standards qualification, take part in a selection of culinary masterclasses with our senior and specialist Hotel Folk chefs, participate in visits with suppliers, and take part in local food and drink events across Suffolk. With a blend of both on and off the job training, we'll provide you with the opportunity to broaden your skills, knowledge and experience, whilst working for a group with a portfolio of six fantastic hotels across Suffolk. You'll have the full support of and be mentored by our Training and Development Chef, Andrew, to ensure you get the very best out of the experience.
