THE HOTEL FOLK BENEFITS
On joining The Hotel Folk, you will start on the minimum wage for your age. Once you have completed your probation you will move to £8.00 per hour if your aged between 16 – 20, £9.50 (National Living Wage as of 1st April 2022 for 23 year old, and over) which we are paying for anyone 21 years old and over. Some roles across the organisation earn higher rates of pay, please check each individual vacancy for the rate of pay relevant to each role.
