Main Responsibilities:

Customer Focus:

  • To deliver the Guest Journey and Spa Experience making it an unforgettable experience for every guest, ensuring all who enter feel welcome and at ease.
  • To treat as many guests as possible, ensuring each receives the highest possible standard of care and attention at all times.

The Role:

  • To be an ambassador for the Hotel and Temple Spa at all times, on and off duty.
  • To comply with Team Appearance & Personal Grooming standards at all times when on duty.
  • Recommend and advise on Temple Spa skin & body care treatments and products.
  • To demonstrate and deliver all the treatments as trained and stated in Temple Spa Therapist Manual to a standard of excellence.
  • To have detailed product knowledge of Temple Spa detailing the ingredients, benefits and results of all products used and to create an appropriate prescription and close the sale of these to the guests.
  • Follow and carry out housekeeping duties and checklists as stated in Temple Spa SOP Manual, Checklists.
  • To have an understanding of all Health & Safety guidelines/procedures as stated in the Temple Spa Health & Safety Manual.
  • To assist colleagues and Head Therapist when required.
  • Liaise with the Spa reception daily, to ensure smooth running of your treatment room.
  • To treat as many guests as possible, ensuring each receives the highest possible standard of care and attention at all times.
  • To reach and exceed retail and treatment targets.
  • To participate in promotional activity when required, demonstrating the services Temple Spa provides.
  • Be aware of stock levels of professional products.
  • Rectify any minor maintenance issues as appropriate. Report any maintenance/health and safety issues
  • Attend team meetings and training sessions when arranged.
  • To read, understand and implement the Temple Spa SOP Manual at all times.
  • To make recommendations on Health & Safety issues in conjunction with the Hotel Health & Safety representative.
