We have an incredible opportunity for a talented Head Chef to lead the kitchen team at The Crown & Castle restaurant with rooms in Orford, Suffolk. Having recently been awarded two AA rosettes and five star restaurant with rooms classification, and winning Small Hotel of the Year for East Anglia, we’re looking for someone to have the passion, drive, and focus to continue moving the food offering and the team forwards.

Being near the coast ,seafood is always a key part of the menu and you’ll have the highest quality fresh produce at your disposal in order to create stunning seasonal menus throughout the year. This intimate establishment is looking for care and attention to detail with every single plate.

You’ll experience leading a team within a two AA rosette kitchen, you'll have a proven track record successfully leading a kitchen team, be able to establish and continue good relationships with suppliers, and have a great financial understanding to run a tight ship.
