The Swan at Lavenham Hotel and Spa are currently looking for a Chef De Rang to support our incredible team. £13.00 ph 

Main responsibilities for a Chef De Rang

• We are looking for a driven, motivated Sommelier with in-depth wine knowledge, to provide a first-class wine service and to offer guests advice on the selection of wines.
• You will have full command during the other Sommelier's days off and will be able to assist on the wine ordering and cellar management.
• Flexibility is expected in assisting and supporting the restaurant team with the service of food, afternoon tea, mise-en-place of the restaurant, functions etc.
• You need to have a strong command of English.
• The position is full time, working 5 days a week, mostly split shifts with some straight shifts.
• This role however would require a minimum of 5 years experience working in a fine dining establishment.
