Salary - Up to £29,000 pa
The Hotel Folk have a unique opportunity for a Food and Beverage Manager to join our friendly team at The Brudenell Hotel in Aldeburgh.
Our Seafood & Grill restaurant is open 7 days a week and serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner to those staying within the hotel as well as visitors and walk-ins from the local area.
We are looking for a Food and Beverage Manager with a proven track record in managing and supporting a team, an excellent ability to deliver high standards of service, who is self-organised and proficient at running all aspects of a Food and Beverage department.
