The Hotel Folk have a unique opportunity for a Food and Beverage Manager to join our friendly team at The Brudenell Hotel in Aldeburgh.

The Hotel Folk have a unique opportunity for a Food and Beverage Manager to join our friendly team at The Brudenell Hotel located in Aldeburgh.

Our restaurant, open 7 days a week, serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner to those staying within the hotel and walk-ins from the local area.

We are looking for a Food & Beverage Manager with a proven track record in managing and supporting a team, an excellent ability to deliver high standards of service, who is self-organised and proficient at running all aspects of a Food & Beverage department.

This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week. Weekend and evening work will be included within this on a rota basis.
